- Managing working capital by optimizing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory cycles.
- Forecasting cash requirements for operational needs, debt servicing, and capital projects.
- Ensuring sufficient reserves to handle unforeseen expenses or economic downturns.
- Collaborating with banks and financial institutions to arrange lines of credit, loans, or investment opportunities.
