- Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and statements of equity.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards (Czech GAAP, IFRS, or local regulations).
- Consolidation of financial data across departments, business units, or subsidiaries for group-level reporting.
- Coordinating with auditors during internal and external audits by providing complete financial records and explanations.
- Developing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track financial performance.
- Supporting statutory and regulatory reporting requirements, including tax filings and disclosures.
Financial Analysis
- Performing variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and deviations.
- Conducting profitability analysis across products, services, or business units.
- Evaluating financial ratios (liquidity, solvency, efficiency, profitability) to assess organizational health.
- Carrying out scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential outcomes of strategic decisions.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities, revenue growth potential, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Presenting findings and insights to management for strategic planning and informed decision-making.
